Terms of use

These terms apply between you (the "Customer") and Destino Ideal Turismo (the "Agency") for bookings made through this website. Bookings are recorded by the DunasTour platform, which only processes the form on the Agency's behalf.

1. The booking

Sending the form is a booking request. The Agency confirms availability and arranges with you, usually via WhatsApp, the payment and the cancellation and rescheduling conditions.

2. Your data

You declare that the information provided is true and that you have legal capacity to contract, or are represented by a legal guardian if under 18.

3. During the tour

You agree to follow the team's safety instructions and to tell the Agency in advance about any relevant health condition. Tours with risk activities (such as ATVs or motorbikes) require, in addition to these terms, a specific Liability and Risk Acknowledgment Form to be signed.

4. The Agency's responsibility

The Agency is responsible for performing the contracted service safely, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990). Nothing in these terms removes your consumer rights.

5. Validity of acceptance

Your electronic acceptance is legally valid (art. 107 of the Brazilian Civil Code and art. 10, § 2, of MP 2.200-2/2001). As proof, the date, time, IP address and version of these terms are recorded.

The courts of the Customer's place of residence are chosen as venue, unless the law provides otherwise.

Privacy policy

This policy follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data controller is Destino Ideal Turismo; the DunasTour platform acts as processor, handling the data only to record the booking on the Agency's behalf.

What data we collect

  • Name, email, WhatsApp and, when provided or required, tax ID (CPF);
  • Chosen tours, dates, number of people, pickup place and notes;
  • Record of acceptances: date, time, IP address and browser used.

What we use it for

  • Registering and performing your booking (LGPD, art. 7, V — contract performance);
  • Proving acceptance of the terms, including the risk form (art. 7, VI — regular exercise of rights);
  • Recognizing you in future bookings with the same Agency and filling in your data automatically;
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations (art. 7, II).

Who we share it with

Only with Destino Ideal Turismo and, when it passes the tour on to a partner agency, with that partner — only what is needed to run the tour. Your data is not sold or used for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the booking and, afterwards, for the period it may be required for legal defense (generally 5 years — art. 27 of the Consumer Code) or by legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask for confirmation of and access to your data, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of data that doesn't need to be kept by law, and information about sharing (LGPD, art. 18). Just contact Destino Ideal Turismo on +55 (98) 98480-8852.
